"La Saletta"

Here you will find a cozy and confortable, family like environment with no "a la carte" menu.
You can choose if you want to dine in the saloon (in the summertime tables are avilable aslo in the garden) or use our take away service. (ordering by 12pm of the previous day)
Dinner (from 19:00 onwards)

Every day you will be offered two menus; one based on typical Tuscan dishes and a simpler one also suitable for your children. 

Upon request, at the time of booking, we prepare gluten-free and vegetarian dishes

If you have not chosen the "half board" formula, you can book dinner at the reception by 12:00 the previous day

The menu based on typical Tuscan dishes includes: appetizer, first course, second course with side dish and homemade dessert

Soft drinks, wine, beer, water, coffee and spirits are not included.

Breakfast (from 8:30 to 10:30)

Every morning we'll wait for you for a full energy refill!

The breakfast served at the table will be prepared with sweet and savory products: cold cuts, cheese and eggs, our jams, fresh bread and homemade cakes
If you have not chosen the "half board" or "B&B" formula, you can book breakfast at the reception by 12 noon the previous day.

Fresh bread

Do you want to relax and have breakfast in your apartment? Or make yourself a sandwich to eat during the day?

You can order fresh bread, croissants, cold cuts and milk at the reception by 12:00 the previous day.

Your shopping will be delivered to your apartment in the morning from 8:00 to 8:30

Fiorentina Steak

A few words apart should be used for the Fiorentina steak which is not part of the menu and which many guests have already tasted.

The passion for our work has led us to identify the best animals and carefully follow the entire process to make you live a unique experience.

We have selected cows aged between 12 and 24 months and chose "dry" aging for 3/4 weeks.

We remove the steaks from the fridge and keep them at room temperature for at least 4/5 hours before cooking, which we perform exclusively on hot embers and without adding any seasoning. At this point Roberto intervenes who, after having prepared the embers with wood from our mountains, puts into practice all his experience to cook you the best Florentine steak and, if you ask him how much he has to cook he will answer you: the meat tells me!
