To those who request it, we will serve dinner and breakfast using quality products at km 0 to prepare simple and tasty typical Tuscan dishes.

You can decide whether to dine in the dining room (in summer the tables are also prepared in the garden) or choose the take away service (booking by 12:00 the previous day)

It is mandatory to use a swimming cap, you can bring your own or buy it here at the reception

Our swimming pool has a depth from 1 to 1.40 meters and an area of 72 m2. and is equipped with a shutter closure that is electrically unfolded every evening to maintain the heat of the water.

The pool is surrounded by a 500 m2 solarium where the various positions are located (2 sunbeds and a deckchair for each apartment).

Water is sanitized with continuous chlorination through an automatized system, several times a day we check the values on the visual display to guarantee you peace of mind.

The entire area is fenced and closed every evening for the safety of your children.

Swimming pool and solarium area have full WIFI coverage

In our 3-hectare park (completely fenced) you can walk, stop at one of the many benches to read a book, challenge your family or friends for a game of ping pong, bowls or volleyball, let your dog run in the "sgambatoio" area.

A play area with slide, swing and spring elephant is available for children who can have fun in safety.

Children can discover nature by playing freely on the playground and let their imagination fly in a magical place like a tree house.

Two ping pong tables are available for guests, rackets and balls can be collected at the reception

The pitch is located near the ping pong area and the bowls are withdrawn at the reception.

In the large lawn it is possible to play volleyball. You can borrow the ball from the reception.

Having a cheerful barbecue with family or friends is a great way to enjoy your holiday.
You have the wood and the grills you just have to light the fire!

A 150m2 dog area is available to your pet, where they can run, play and bathe.

If you might need it, we will direct you to the veterinarian closest to the facility.

The farmhouse is completely fenced and inside there is a parking lot where your car will always have a spot.

Within a radius of 20 km you can discover the upper Casentino surrounded by its mystical, healthy and wild woods.

If you have decided for a relaxing holiday, you can go hiking in the Pratomagno and in the Casentino Forest National Park with or without a guide, visit the Hermitage and the Monastery of Camaldoli, the Franciscan Sanctuary of La Verna and the Abbey of Vallombrosa.

If you have decided for a more dynamic holiday you can practice sports such as tandem paragliding, horse riding, fishing in the lake, e-bike tours with or without a guide, golf and experience emotions at the adventure park.

Just 8 km. from the farmhouse, in the welcoming village of Strada in Casentino, there are the most important services:

Doctor, pharmacy, kitchens, bank, post office, food shops and mechanical workshop.

At the reception you will find us available to advise and help you.

Do you want to get to know Tuscany on board your electric car to harmonize your holiday with respect for the environment? In Borgo Caiano  the battery is always charged; in the parking lot you have a place with the charging station.

While you relax in the pool, in the park or in one of the comfortable apartments, your car recharges.

Specify in the booking or write to borgocaiano.agriturismo@gmail.com that you will arrive by car electricity and that you intend to use this service so that we can reserve the parking space for you with the charging station.

If, in the same period of your stay, there are other electric car owners, the charging socket must be shared.
